Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Same Day Delivery is available for eligible addresses in Dubai. Orders for Same Day Delivery must be placed by 10:00 AM.

Next Day Delivery is available across the UAE, subject to courier coverage. Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed by 6:00 PM.

Remote areas and the Abu Dhabi Western Region are serviced on a twice-weekly delivery schedule. Delivery times for these locations may therefore be longer than standard Next Day Delivery.

Available delivery options and the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address.

All orders, including shipping fees, are paid online through our website. No cash payment is required upon delivery.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with the relevant delivery and tracking details.

Please ensure that your delivery address, building or apartment details, and contact number are complete and correct before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

Delivery times may be affected by remote locations, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
